Cincom R SERIES
Maximum machining diameter ∅ 4 mm - The R04 CINCOM is compact and has a maximum machining diameter of ∅ 4 mm. It specializes in machining small-diameter parts, thus offering a wider range of high-precision work pieces for specialized parts.
Cincom R04 means rapid progress with high tolerance and productivity, while utilizing very little space.
SUPER HIGH-SPEED TURNING
The new main spindle and chucking mechanism results in state-of-the-art, super high-speed turning resulting in greatly reduced machining time.
NEW SLIDE STRUCTURE
CITIZEN developed the optimum slide structure for machining tiny parts. The new slide is driven by a linear motor, without any deflection and backlash from power transmission, resulting in the highest-speed, the highest response and making the least noise. Moreover, equipped with two independently driven gang tool posts, the Cincom R04 processes as a Cam-lathe.
COMPACT AND EFFICIENT DESIGNING
The CITIZEN R04 requires half the space of a B12, due to the design of the built-in spindle and linear motor. Productivity space per unit is drastically improved.
