Reporting to the CFO, this role supports the Controller in applying accounting and financial reporting standards, managing tax compliance, and ensuring accurate monthly financial statement close processes.

Assist in preparation of monthly financial statement close process in accordance with US GAAP or IFRS
Support compliance and preparation of local, state and federal government reporting requirements and tax notices
Manage month-end general ledger activities including accruing expenses and reconciling accounts
Review and update policies and procedures to ensure SOX and Internal Control compliance
Provide audit support and assist in the compilation of information to external auditors
Bachelor’s Degree and CPA required
Minimum of 3 to 7 years’ experience in taxation and financial reporting
Advanced proficiency in Excel including Power Pivots, macros, and advanced formulas
Experience with ERP systems such as SYSPRO, Avalara, or SAGE Fixed Assets preferred
This role supports the planning and implementation of core digital platforms with a focus on CRM, SYSPRO-integrated workflows, and the Digital Service Platform (DSP).
