MCC Announces New Ohio Regional Office

We are pleased to share an important update regarding MCC’s Sales and Support operations in the Ohio region.

Effective September 1, 2026, MCC will transition the current Concentric Corporation territory to a direct MCC sales and support structure, similar to MCC’s existing direct sales model in New England and California. This transition will bring key members of the Concentric team into MCC as part of our new MCC Ohio Regional Office, which will serve as MCC’s regional Sales and Customer Support office for Ohio, West Virginia, and Western Pennsylvania.

Concentric Corporation has represented Citizen-Cincom and Miyano products for 36 years and has been one of MCC’s longest-standing distributor partners. This transition builds on that strong foundation by welcoming Marc and Matt Klecka, along with the Concentric Sales and Service/Applications team, into MCC.

Together as one MCC team, we are excited to continue the customer relationships, product knowledge, and service foundation established by Concentric, while adding the broader resources and support of MCC’s national organization. This is an important step in strengthening MCC’s direct presence in the region and expanding our ability to support current customers and future market growth through the new MCC Ohio Regional Office.

MCC Ohio will be supported by Robert Chin, Eastern Region Sales Manager, and Ramon Navarro, Eastern Region Service & Applications Manager, along with the MCC corporate headquarters team in Allendale, New Jersey.

This is an exciting milestone for MCC and an important step in strengthening our direct customer support structure in the eastern region.
