Mode Selection – Deeply instruct all G600 command mode selection codes used on the specific machine of the class
Program Beginning and safety/start process

Class will review/write a program together to learn programming basics
Review many other programming codes and processes like peck drilling, threading, milling, tapping and others
Time permitting, attendees will write a program for a class part print and dry run or sometimes run their part

Machine axis and tooling alignment will be reviewed. Physical alignment and also including what we call axis Grid Shift adjustment and fine adjustment of hidden tool pocket data. The class will use indicators and perform these settings.
Axis checks of backlash and motion review

Review a Guide Bushing Bearing replacement along with proper loading of the new bearings
